Wer Ist Wer is an escape room created for the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and hosted by Polo del '900 in Turin and by Triennale Teatro Milano. Visitors play the role of citizens of a fictional State (inspired by DDR) and have to deal with the paradoxical rules imposed by the institutions. They will have to solve a series of puzzles and determine whether nine characters, played by actual theatre actors, and their actions are in conformity with the rules of the state. The game was also translated in escape book format under the title Chi è chi. Wer Ist Wer and Chi è Chi were selected in the 2021 ADI Design Index catalogue and for the Best Applied Game award in the 2021 Italian Video Game Awards.
